Elena's strength lies in translating regulatory and administrative requirements into structured, workable processes — ensuring that licensing, compliance and readiness obligations are met with precision and without operational disruption. She has a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and work effectively across operational, regulatory and authority interfaces.
